SWAGADELIC GUARANTEE
If you are at all dissatisfied with any product that you've purchased at Swagadelic, we'll be happy to exchange it, credit your account, or refund your money when requested to do so within 15 days from the date that your package is shipped. Sorry, but shipping and handling is not refundable.
Items returned must be returned in the same packaging as it was sent and in the same condition as originally shipped. Meaning, if you purchase an item wrapped in cellophane, this cellophane must not be ripped or torn, or open in any way. Since many of the items sold on this site are collectables, any damage to the packaging or product seriously affects the value and thus we cannot provide you with a refund and the Swagadelic Guarantee is null and void.

CONDITION RATINGS
Swagadelic offers a wide range of new and used products. Because some of the products are used, Jett and Soxx have categorized all our products in one of six condition categories defined below.
- New- Brand spanking new, never worn, never washed.
- New with Tags- Brand spanking new, never worn, never washed, with brand tags still attached.
- Appears New- Looks like it is new and might be new (we just don't know for sure). Perhaps pre-washed. No tags.
- Pre-owned Excellent- In great used condition with little wear, no tears or stains.
- Pre-owned Good- In good used condition with moderate wear, perhaps a bit stretched out or shrunken due to use. No tears or stains identified.
- Pre-owned Abused (but still cool)- In good used condition but has blemish of some sort - check description for blemish details.
All our pre-owned goods have been washed and kept clean to remove any trace "evidence", if you know what we mean.

SHIPPING
Swagadelic offers three shipping methods:
- Standard- USPS ground shipping. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery, but you will likely get your order in three or four days.
- Express Delivery- This is a 2-3 business day delivery service. This service is not available to P.O. Boxes.
- International/Overseas Delivery- Shipments outside the United States may be subject to import charges, duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. All orders must be in U.S. funds.
INSURANCE: We recommend that you insure products during shipping since we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged in transit. We offer to ship any product insured through the delivery company. Please check the insure box in the shipping area of the shopping cart and the cost will be added at the time of ordering. Insurance only covers the product in transit, we do not suggest the product would be insured in any other way.
Jett or Soxx will notify you by email when your product ships. For Express Delivery we will include a tracking number in the email for your convenience.
Shipping costs may change without prior notice. Some products may require an additional shipping cost that will be billed separately. We will notify you if this should be required.

Call us between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM Pacific Standard Time and we'll be happy to take your order. We accept Visa and Master Card. Just print out the swag bag and call us! If you need to pay by check or money order we'll let you know what to do.
Ordering with a Check or Money Order
If your order is less than $50 you may pay for your order using a personal or business check. When paying by check, Swagadelic will ship your order as soon as the check has cleared the bank. We will notify you via email as soon as your order ships. Please make the check payable to Swagadelic, Inc. Sorry, but we cannot accept international checks.
